whoaaa.
my feet are aching,
i'm feeeling slightly wooozy
and i'm listening to my new 'cat empire' cd.

well today was our last city trip for this year!
had quite a slow, subdued start to the day cos i was kind of sleepy and my sleepiness kind of rubbed off on grace. we also planned to go to 'harbour town' - this new factory outlet place somewhere in the city. it turned out to be quite a disappointment and most of the stuff there was terrible. now we know where all the 'reject' clothes go to. and by 'reject' i mean the clothes that we never buy. yes, they all end up at factory outlet places like harbour town where they are sold for like less than $10. i think the best place was still 'jay jays' and i managed to get a $15 top from there. saw joanne and told her about the crappiness and that she shouldn't get too excited about the stores.

o! thank you to grace cos she bought me my first birthday present today. thank you so much for the cd grace! = ) listening to it now and i like it. and i still think the trumpet player is very good. cos he is. was just thinking about it today, and i realise now that 2003 has passed by relatively quickly. i mean even though before it seemed like the year would never end, it is now ending. it is now december[which incidentally is my favourite month of the year!], my birthday is in 3 days and i'm going back to spore in 4 days! finally. something i've been looking forward to for such a long time. well, the day is finally arriving.

anyway, was kind of broke today even though i thought i had planned out my finances for today. well it must have been because we kept getting approached to donate money and stuff. so grace and i bought a $3 magazine each called 'the big issue', and the proceeds go to helping the homeless and the disabled so why not. all for a good cause anyway. but it's unbelievable how fast your money runs out. i mean, you think that you brought lots of money and then all of sudden you're left with nearly nothing! it also seems that i always end up borrowing money too. -sigh- as much as i hate owing people money. ah well.

i don't actually think that we walked that much today. hmm. yet my feet are kind of hurting. but i must remember to wear proper walking/shopping shoes next time. oo i really like the cd! *smiles*

"well hchello hcello..."
