there's nothing like bumming around at home and procrastinating . yeap , that's right : procrastinating . i sort of planned (notice how i said sort of) to start packing today , but then somehow oprah and passions seemed so much more interesting .

didn't get much sleep last night cos the cleaners came this morning , and so i had to get out of bed early . ended up spending the remainder of the morning sitting on the recliner reading 'stupid white men' by michael moore . quite an interesting read , i must say . i only enjoy the sarcasm and how he makes fun of 'president' george w. bush . apart from that , i'd say his outward appearance is kind of gross and he just looks sloppy and unkempt .

but of course , the day is not complete without one walking into a wall . yes you heard me correctly , i walked into a wall . good one lynda , a pat on the back for your intelligence . oh but wait , it doesn't stop there . i then proceed to injure my finger while putting my trumpet away in its case after some practice .

ah yes , christmas is definitely coming . mother dear is blasting christmas carols as she cooks . haha . but i do like the carpenter's christmas cd , it's very nice . i just find it funny how my auntie also plays their cd every single christmas without fail , and every single christmas (without fail) the cd will skip and then she'll say something like , "aiyah" . then my uncle will go change the cd to like bing crosby's christmas carols instead .

the other day , i was eating kueh lapis (aka the kueh with the multi-coloured layers) and i realised that no matter how old you are , you'll always eat it by peeling off each layer . haha . my mum said something about how they had this shared meal in church for rcia , and she met this old couple - who ate their kueh lapis layer by layer . lol . see what i mean ?

anyway , i must go now . someone is being a royal pain in the ass .
